I think it's pretty safe to say that most of us Hallmark Christmas fans are more than ready this year! And we don't have much longer to wait.

In the last several months there have been some changes made to Hallmarks TV programming that not all of us are happy with. Because of some of these changes, many of us were starting to worry about whether there would even be a Christmas in July event this year.

"Home & Family" is in its last season and will be ending in August. That show was always a great source to find out the scoop on new movies and their cast members. And, truth be told, I would never complain about my daily dose of Cameron Mathison!

The other recent change is the Hallmark channel has been showing old sit-coms all day and night instead of movies. Now, I like the Golden Girls as much as anyone, but 10 - 12 hours a day is way too much of a good thing. Hallmark - are you listening?

I feel better now, so let's get back to Christmas in July!

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel will kick off Christmas in July 2021 on Friday June 25! And, in a much-needed change from last year, they will be going back to having Christmas movies 24/7 throughout the event!

The full schedule has not been released yet, so I don't know how long it will be running. I also don't know yet when the regular Hallmark channel will be joining the Christmas party!

The schedule so far looks to be many of the newer movies from the last year or two, but a few of the older ones have also been included.

The schedule as I know it so far has been added to our regular Christmas TV Schedule. I expect that their schedule will probably change, as it usually does, and I will be updating it as needed.

We're only about a month away now, so it's time to start clearing your schedule and get the popcorn ready!
