Yes!! We all know that Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year! Well, maybe some grinchy scrooge-like people don't believe that - but those people probably aren't here reading this.

Thanks to the Hallmark Channel, for the past 10 years or so we don't have to limit our Christmas celebration to just once a year.

We get a month-long dose of Christmas movies starting at the end of June and running through the month of July. And we all know that is just the warm up to the main event - Countdown to Christmas starting in October!

This year will be no different - Christmas in July begins on the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel on Thursday night June 23, and on the Hallmark channel on Friday July 1. Hallmark is slowly releasing the schedule, and you can find most of it here on our Christmas TV Schedule.

In most previous years Hallmark has released a brand new movie during Christmas in July. That will be a little different this year - they will be premiering THREE new movies!

The first of the three is "My Grown Up Christmas List", which will premiere on Saturday July 9, and it stars real-life couple Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace. Any "When Calls the Heart" fans will love this news!

The other two new movies are Campfire Christmas set for Saturday July 16, and Christmas in Toyland scheduled for Saturday July 23.

I have been waiting to see if the new GAC Family channel will also be celebrating Christmas in July, and I haven't been disappointed!

They are planning 24/7 Christmas movies for the long July 4th weekend. Their programming will start the morning of Saturday July 2, and run through Monday July 4.

All 12 of their new movies from 2021 will be featured, along with a few other fan favorites - most notably Debbie Macomber's "Mrs. Miracle" and "Call Me Mrs. Miracle".
